An invasive cardiologist, Dr. Jaffe completed his undergraduate studies at Harvard University. A 1987 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, he completed his internship and residency at North Carolina Memorial Hospital, Chapel Hill and fellowships in Cardiology and Electrophysiology, both at Ohio State University.

Dr. Jaffe's professional interests include electrophysiology, Tachycardias and catheter ablation, defibrillator therapy, and pacemaker management.

Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Electrophysiology, Dr. Jaffe is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, Michigan State Medical Society and Heart Rhythm Society.

Dr. Jaffe resides in Traverse City with his family.
